Not sure, I can't seem to find it. Hopefully it is smooth and painless.

At the moment, I plan on converting and riding a bit longer. Definitely not selling at the current .70

Don't sell, whatever you do. If I read the terms of the transaction correctly, AYR has provided us great protection in the event of a downturn on their share price. I provided a link below for your pleasure, but to summarize, while the deal sets the share exchange rate at 0.03683 per LHSIF share (or 3,683 AYRWF shares per 100,000 LHSIF shares), it actually shifts to an exchange rate of 0.0433 if the AYRWF share price dips below $23.08.

My math tells me that at the current $22.22 AYRWF price, my 100,000 LHSIF shares are 4330 shares of AYRWF ($96,212.60), or roughly 96 cents per share today. ARYWF would have to fall below (guestimating?) $9.40 per share to hurt us. A AYRWF share price between $23.08 and $27.15 will render yet another exchange rate, calculated as $1.00 divided by the closing price of AYRWF. For instance, if it closes at $25.00, for simple math, the exchange rate would be $1.00/25, or 0.04 (times the 100,000 LHSIF shares) or 4000 shares of AYRWF at $25 each ($100,000 or $1.00 per LHSIF share I now hold).

I have to be reading this incorrectly, yes? If not, LHSIF should be trading right now in a range of 80 cents to a dollar. I must be missing something here, perhaps some arbitrage or unforeseen adjustments to the deal that have not been made public??? I welcome any thoughts or criticisms of my train of logic (or lack thereof).
