If you do your homework you will find that the vast majority of these so-called 'buys' are Unico issuing new shares in redemption of convertible debentures held by the insiders.
Skitters just ignore him. He is a liar and his only reason for posting here is to bash. Look at his post history. He only posts here and Cobs NSS, which is mostly Unico longs and all his posts are negative. Since he started bashing Unico has moved up considerably, so its not like his posts matter. Absolutely nobody respects his opinion.
