Thanks for the input, Chuck.

I'm convinced now as well that there will be another delay but a short one (by end of January).

Congressman Jim Banks and US Navy

Great stuff Chuck.
Here is his wikipedia page.
He has Navy service in his background.
Thank you Congressman for your service.

It makes you wonder though.
What is his relationship with JG ???
Are they good friends?
Did they meet in the Navy?
Etc.

Congressman Banks has bought PASO 8 times

Based on the filings that Chuck posted, Congressman Banks had bought PASO in 7 different rounds in early September, and once more in November.

Each round shows that he invested between $1,000 - $15,000.
Let’s take the average in that range, and say he invested an avg. of $8,000 for each of his 8 rounds of purchase.
That would put his total investment of PASO at $64,000.
We know for sure he has invested at least $8,000 and a maximum of $120,000.
$64,000 is the exact number in the middle of $8,000 - $120,000.

Now, he did buy most of his shares in early September it seems, based on the filings.
That means he bought before the dividend.
I went back to early September on the chart, and PASO was around $0.07 or $0.08, etc.
It seems he bought in at that time for the dividend?

He did buy more shares in November to lower his cost average.
Let’s say he has a cost average of $0.064 (6.4 cents) with $64,000 total investment (as speculated above).
That would mean he has one million shares at a cost avg. of 6.4 cents, total investment of $64,000 (cost basis).

Maybe he bought one last time in November to get up to (or slightly above) one million shares.

How did you get these documents? Can you see if the filing yesterday (below) pertains to PASO?
