can't just wipe out a class of shares. and those commons are part of merida's invest holdings conversion deals @ in-the-money prices. of which they are under just as much as many here.

so why did price go up here 28% yesterday on large vol?

IMO - financials don't mean chit in OTC land. only forward prospect and momo.
