That's what we want to find out. Im sure they have SOMETHING planned for $NECA, or else why spend the $$ and do the financials.

This brings NECA to a different set of eyes as well, as now we have all the information from the filings.

We know NECA is going to be a holding company, what acquisitions/mergers are coming? That is the million dollar question.
