What most people don't get: This is - and that is the very reasons for doing a RM - an "IPO in slow motion".
Therefore, the normal stock price behavior doesn't apply here, just like a "real" IPO. Once the filings are done and investors will learn about TDS, we will see a "brutal", "epic" price adjustment, as if it was - it is - an IPO!
