And, one more thing. Several kits went out to shareholders. One of the shareholders receiving the kit was Barbara Asbell. I am certain she is a US citizen living in the US.

You implied here that being shipped out of the US potentially made this okay. Now that I have shown you at least one of these kits was shipped to the US, then you now have the understanding that there is a violation of FDA rules, correct? If not, there would have been no reason for you to point out that maybe it was international.

For sure, defending Berman is an impossible task. Facts are never on the side of Berman. Just ask the justice dept! lol
