I called them this morning and they said they had received the shares from greyscale and that it would be one to two business days for them to show up in my account. E-Trade is becoming a joke. It's prompted me to open other accounts with other brokerages. They caused me to miss buying more yesterday morning at $17.40 as well because they had it restricted to purchase the shares yesterday morning.

This is what Etrade sent me today:

Currently, we do not have a confirmed delivery date of the new shares but are expecting them some time after Monday 12/21/20.Lastly, it is important to note that your positions are not reflecting the new number of shares you will own however it is reflecting the reduced price.I appreciate your patience as we eagerly await for the new shares to be delivered so we may apply them directly to your portfolio.
