Profits expected to exceed $10M ! Nice on a property that only costs only $11M ! I assume the borrowed $6.5M is part of the $11M as previously posted by Shiz. I wonder if cash or a loan will be used to fund the upgrade of the existing 32 units and new build the 32-35 units ... and how much?
