being compliant is different from pumping. his financials are still in the red (as always) for the past years. no revenues just promises. that's the issue. you can report the notes and justify the lost in operations, but he's still yet to cross any finish line. that's the m.o., pump and talk, so you buy - then, NOTHING. the s/p is where it is because this company is hollow. and we are the suckers.
