Ask yourself this: What would happen to a ticker symbol if there was a Huge Naked short sitting out there in the (Billions)
As to be Suggested with XMET.
And then there was a Cash Dividend offered??
Say any price.
The stock would explode upwards many thousands of % literally in 24 to 48 hours IMO

I wish this would be the scenario to solve it fix the riddle of the NSS issue assuming one still exsists...
