Now lets use our heads. I am sure everyone in the entire business world heard about TSN. If this CEO / merging company have been listening they would have learned a few things about shareholder value. I would think maybe just maybe that we will be getting a PR with shares being retired as well. I know if I was running one of these public companies I would learn off of what works in terms of getting shareholders to buy and give them more value / incentive to hold. We will just have to wait to see how smart these guys are now won't we.
