That's just bullshit. Anybody seen a copy of any of these "agreements"? No. An "amended and re-stated sub-license agreement" to remove the patent claims and lower the fees is meaningless drivel.
Besides...this pretend "revenue" predated delivery to Symtomax. Aitan;'s claims that they were sub-license revenue is just more of the same crap.
