Can you clarify mention of MDT and acquisitions of private co’s... whether stock or cash; or some combination it doesn’t apply to TMDI as it is not private and any acquisition needs full disclosure.

Would love all stock deal but they are flush with cash and cash is so cheap right now. I can’t imagine it being anything but cash. Hope so though! Even a combo would be great
