This is true, Dividens and OTC don't usually mix.....not saying its not possible, but almost every 'dividend' play in OTC land imo is used to get buyers in before the "dividend date".....and is usually a let down.

Leave the dividends to the big boys.

The O/S is actually and hasn't changed in a while. Not saying it WONT change, but as of right now its been 4.29M.

These are all concerns, but the window of opportunity is now..
