According to company the filings are ready to upload and waiting on OTC codes from OTC Markets

Once it goes current the CE will come off

There is also the possibility that CE was unjustified and will come off sooner as it has for some companies.

CEO has options and OTC Markets is just a private company without any sort of judicial powers.

They make mistakes and likely have corrupt players working there IMO

If you know the fact, chances are the company knows what’s a Stake here. This will be addressed ASAP. Probably already has. Those filings should be the solution for the removal of the CE. Will know soon. As fast as it was put on, it could be removed. Then back to penny land we go.
