In my opinion it won't be until they actually officially are shown as owning the shell. There is a lot of paper work that still needs to be done and I won't try to speculate on the time frame on that.

Not worried in the least but time lines are hard to predict during these times :)

Christmas week is generally a bad week for news. We could see something the week after, but I am quite sure no later than January 7th.
