Nah LCYB bought everything of value it’s all listed in the APA. They don’t need a dam thing from BioAmber as they purchased it all.
They can make deals with who ever they want and have that plant up and cooking all on their own. Shareholders will not receive anything whatsoever for their worthless shares and that’s a fact. Class action is over and no second deal will ever come to light
