i converted my position of JPS. the consent decree talk got me out. i knew that was like a time machine that would push out a conversion at least five years. the likelihood of the stock advancing past that value seemed probable. lastly, the hearing...we are in the middle of a hearing that is awaiting judgement. that is in play as well...so for me it was an easy choice.
