It would be done by now if it had any chance of closing. And given their track record, I find it beyond the realm of possibilities that it’ll close on time. Also just my opinion.
I agree with Bull. Ezra has not yet met a timeline with anything. It might happen but never when they think it will. Ezra might surprise us all you never know but don’t count on it. Looking more like in Q1 of 21.
