Out system has changed since the introduction of market makers. That’s how they create a market. It’s excepted now. Wasn’t like this in the 90’s....but it’s it’s naked short selling otherwise very penny would behave like it’s on the grey sheets and that’s the truth

I will guarantee that you can t still short pennystocks. BTW, the reason I hated. Wasn’t the because of shorting. Cause money is money, whether you make it going up or down.
