The diabetes business was concentrated to 3 or 4 entities. Berman had claimed for years he did not take a pay though.

We have long speculated that sales were funneled through pass through entities benefitting the clown show. I doubt we will ever find out as what is in the complaints is bad enough.

Continued investigations could yield something, or it might not be worth the time.

When you read complaints they always favor the Govt and trash the defendant. In this case I think they actually could have gone way further but there was no need.

But were those quarterly losses even real? Or was that just a way to funnel proceeds of sales from the diabetes strip business away from the DECN shareholders and into Berman's accomplices?

I am extremely confident in saying that everything, and I mean everything, berman has said and done in the last 10 years has been an outright lie or gross misrepresentation of the truth.

His financials are a complete farce and always have been. I believe they are simply made up which is why most of the time they dont add or make sense, he could not get anyone to audit them and he used them to write off millions in losses to supposedly cover his tracks with all the shady share deals he did. He has been doing this even before the test strip charade. that is why he went through CPA auditors like butter.

He never really attempted to develop the diabetic test strip business beyond some Amazon sales as that would have required too much work. It was nothing more than a share selling scheme which for the most part had run its course. The test strips he produced were technically only to be used on JnJ meters before 2010!

I think butterball is a sociopath who thinks he could outsmart everyone including the SEC and DOJ. So much so that he will continue to the end complaining that he is innocent as they drag him off to jail.

Couldnt happen to a better guy!
