They absolutely DO make it an option to ask. I have a series of "issues" over 2 years and can view them all. The pre-answered questions are there as a convenience, but you are giving an option to ask your own question if you issue does not appear. I have usually gotten answers within 24 hours.

jclad, it is my understanding that if you go the free trial road you have a limited selection of games or movies to choose from. This is, IMO, understandable because it would be a human trait to put all new releases and the most sought after games into your queue when signing up for the free trial. To do so, two things could happen, either you sit for the entire 2 weeks and receive no selections at all, or if they grant you priority to make sure you do get something, it delays those who are, and have been, paid subscribers from getting the new or popular releases. Therefore, they give you a limited selection and try and insure they do have a larger selection of those few titles to give you a chance to see how the system works. And to allow at least one turnaround during the 2 week trial.

The same is true when you are a regular member. If you put nothing but new release films and games into your queue you are going to be very dissatisfied with the service. You can not expect them to buy all subscribers 4-6 new releases a month for only a $16.99 membership.
