Even if there were no claims submitted as part of the Proof of Claims process, they will still need to file a Motion to Bar Non-asserted Claims. Just as SOLS and EAIN did. After they submit the Affidavit of Publication, they will submit a Motion to Bar Non-asserted Claims, possibly also to Terminate Custodianship at the same time.
