2x 3x might be all JPS see, yet many are all-in on them. And JPS might not even go up from these prices at all, or could even go down, depending on what resolution we see.

There's no scenario where commons go down with shareholders rights restored and we now know for certain it will be years after Common shareholder rights are restored that JPS might get any rights to a return on their debt contracts.
