Of course it is painting the tape. MMs are in full control and keep tabs social media, boards, news..software does it all for them. They know what is happening both sides of the table. Fun!
Your missing the point entirely. When you look at the average pps sold all day, why in the world would a paint of 1.1% matter at all? The bid was something like .0295 ffs and not weak. many shares sold at or above .03...
As I said earlier the term paint job usually refers to manipulating a stocks chart and technicals on bigger margins. like a .0005 stock painting to 6 to show a 20% gain that day. Not a stock already regularly trading at 3 cents.
Not everything is some conspiracy on behalf of the mystical MMs, good or bad.
