As I mentioned many times before that if anything happens, it will be JG, who will share something first, nothing can stop him, he can't resist tweeting, anything and everything. I do think he is a little childish-type.
If it was a great news, probably, his tweet would give us more hints like his wordings would be more exciting type. Remember, he made that face, happy to see draft agreement in the email, announcement coming, now happy to see draft PRs, etc. etc. Who does that? These are all childish tweets.
