Is it because the vacine is a money maker and hydroxychloroquine is approx $6 dollars?

No. It's because the Pfizer, and Moderna vaccines have a 95% efficacy in preventing Covid infections. Whereas HCQ doesn't prevent Covid infection, and is not effective in treating it.

There's no conspiracy involved, be it preventing Covid, or the Kenny Wonder Treatment.
