I’m guessing many share your thoughts. I’ve always been optimistic this deal was getting done, even through the original delay, the dilution and the extended quiet period. And even if this PR came out that there was another delay - I’d still be on board knowing the deal is still on. As Roofus said, these are different times.

That being said, I have well over 1M shares and Q4 is almost over. If this latest upcoming PR doesn’t include a merger update...
