"We all know they sold shares post Katrina"
Do We?

Shareholders have posted that they were assured by the PBLS pr dept that shares were not being sold.
I do not remember a pr to shareholders stating that fact.
If they had legitimate shares in the treasury that they sold to provide revenue........... I don't see a problem. Did they sell outstanding but unauthorized shares? I doubt it but time will tell.
This is a company going through rapid growth and I am sure that there is a great deal of indecision and confusion as opportunities unfold. There are a lot of pots to be stirred and needing attention in the PBLS kitchen.

What we do know is that in the 09/20/2006 shareholder update it was stated that the share count would be 815 million with 40% restricted when the 10k is released.
You continue to speculate to the negative and disbelieve stated numbers released by the company. You then ask for proof of their statements while wildly speculating and throwing unsubstantiated opinions around as they were truth.

Your previous assertions that PBLS is simply a share selling company have been proven false.
You should hold yourself to the same standards you hold the company!

Mr. P.

-Capital Structure Red Flags...agreed. How can I not with a gagged TA?

-Need for IR firm that will bring in institutional buyers...agreed.

-Need for Investment Banking Firm...AGREED!

Now that's a lot of agreeing for me and you. So let me ask you a few polite questions since you are being somewhat transparent and you admittingly feel, based on your earlier post, that polite questions deserve to be answered with solid answers...

What did you see in this company that made you invest in the first place?
What makes you still hold in spite of the red flags?
What are your positive, balanced expectations for this stock in the next 6-12 months (and you must have them if you are still buying)?

Thanks so much in advance.
