Auctos finally filed with the court and said they are no longer moving with that latest suit. They indicated working on a settelment though never posted it. Another Thing Roger failed to disclose to investors in the disclosure statements. All the lawsuits.

So now they're competing with all the other note holders to dump their stock. The likely reason for the fake press release and makes for many suspects. Including Roger Pawson.
