5.7 million shares traded reg session on no news normal 10 avg volume is 1.5 million shares. AFTERHOURS prospectus filed blank price and blank number of shares. 3.28 Million shares!! Traded afterhours in a lot of big blocks of 10000 to 20000 shares. I watched in real time cross the tape. There is no rule that says when a company is buying another company or taking a major stake that will shoot up the share price that they can not buy on the open market. It looks like a buyout or major partnership is happening. 3.28 million shares in afterhours trading up as much as 36% at one point to $1.20. Do the math something is happening that may skyrocket this stock i have been invested here for over 3 years and trading the market since 1985. I have never seen anything like that afterhours on no real news in any stock i bought that hand over fist. Expect trading halts and a 200 to 400% jump.
