The board really appreciates your take on this and this did help, but it does sound like we may be getting less then expected....I know the final decision is still not in, but just wondering if this is what GDSI expected?
My take is that GDSI gets more than just a decision that splits the baby. I would not be surprised if the judge penalizes defendants by the way they have acted during the proceeding.
I mean, come on... now, they argue that the SPA should be executed! This is very telling. No wonder why GDSI requested an extension to reply.
