Would have. As someone who has worked on financial statement audits on both sides of the audit; as an auditor and as a client, I can tell you this will be a huge undertaking and will cost them 100’s of thousands of dollars based on what I understand of the company and will take a year or longer to complete. Have patience.

They are up against no deadline to complete and it pretty much takes a deadline to complete an audit. Most deadlines, in my experience, are missed and waivers received. It takes an organized client to get an audit done on time and no first year audit client is ever organized. The size of this company spread across the world in various industries makes this a beast of an audit. I’m still a believer that an audit report is coming.

Anyone who has audited a foreign exchange corporation[i do believe this is an adr right?] knows its almost impossible to do.Ill bet 80% of us on this board are financial wizards as dealing with penny stocks is ridiculous at best.Its safe to say AXXA probably wont be audited soon,right cpas,although i did offer Boris help with the audit before the pandemic i can atest to that now i rescinded my offer.I do like what Axxa is doing I know they are busting their asses and i cant wait to see whats next.Im staying here, been here for almost the whole 2 and 1/2 years AXXA has been in buisness.GO AXXA!
