Some news just takes a long time to be acted upon. For example, none of the dispensaries have opened yet.
That doesn't mean it was deceptive news, it means they have to wait for everything to congeal - there's licensing, construction permits, construction, hiring, inventory, etc.

I believe Bar X is consuming the majority of their time and resources right now. But as you've seen with Winberry, they are also negotiating other deals at the same time (with one more closing soon).
