A screenshot of his Twitter announcement has been saved. That alone should be enough to sink him ..especially since he has used posts about his tickers on social media hundreds of times. His Facebook and Twitter accounts can be traced straight to him and, IMO, offer no immunity. He makes countless announcements about his company there without affixing his worthless "safe harbor" statement-- an act that should be invalid if his words were deemed to have been made in bad faith. Time and again he he makes some grandiose promise then utterly fails to deliver and rarely explains why
