One thing to consider, if the merger company has been chosen, they may be sworn to secrecy.
RN*WF had the same thing happen once a merger agreement was made. The custodian said news was coming very soon, but then went completely silent. The company was revealed in filings first...But only in the first filings AFTER becoming current.
Honestly I've been worried about seeing the dilution continue, and have been checking every day but surprisingly (in a good way) it stayed exactly the same!
1/5/21 MC = 1,019,868 A/S = 7,010,000,000 O/S = 1,699,779,774
It's a custodial, any shares added are to satisfy a debtor. A custodian has no obligation to communicate with shareholders. When they are ready to move to the claims period they will schedule a status check with the court.
There has not been an update since Feb. 24 so one is due, unless the numbers have not changed... The only increase can come from previous note holders as it is true the custodian can not sell any new debt or authorize any news shares to be issued from the Authorized Share Count.
