'HopeSkeptic', you're wrong. Aphria will trade like a tracking stock from now on until the deal is finalized. Tilray will dictate Aphria's PPS.

If Tilray drops on a bad ER, Aphria will drop too, regardless of its own fundamentals.

This whole deal sucks as is. It's too bad the deal cannot be finalized within 30 days.
