BB, I have watched ERHC for quite sometime and am impressed with it's strong shareholder base. That it has remained as IHub's No.1 O&G stockboard for so long, has me curious.
As informative as the ibox may seem to many of the shareholders here, and though I do see a list of market holidays, the most crucial info appears to be missing.
Can you tell me what the A/S, O/S, float, restricted shares, and insider shares is?
Also, if ERHC is a good investment, why would a large shareholder want to sell 'atleast half' of his ERHC position?
This would not seem to make sense if ERHC is expecting to make considerable gains any time in the near future.
