Snakess it is not pure stupidity to use Pred as tax loss fodder in a year where many have realized gains or gains they can take if they take the loss on pred. In fact I think it would be irresponsible to not take the taxloss . Remember it can be bought back in 31 days with the loss established and we arent looking for any more news till next Q out late feb. For those of us who took losses earlier and pre planned for the year end if you are correct things look quite tasty here. Time will tell.
