Under normal legit honest circumstances yes but this clearly appears to be one more in a long stream of fraudulent press releases by kPAY which have occurred over the last 2-3 years to pump and dump this stock to make a couple of criminals rich. This has obviously occurred again.

It should be, flying under the radar. 10 million profit and cap at a million. They could buyback entire Os with 10% of profit.
