Are you sure that Moderna filed for a grant to develop the COVID vaccine? The only thing I see documented is that Moderna signed an agreement with CEPI where the vaccine would be developed with CEPI,VRC, NIH, and NIAID. That was in January. Maybe you want to check with Loanranger for his expertise.
