I was thinking exactly the same thing. I'm somewhat familiar with that general area as my parents retired to Broward County, the county immediately to the south of Palm Beach County. It will be interesting to compare sales in WPB compared to those in jerkwater towns in the Dakotas (not knocking the sales there which appear to be very good).
