Kinda a foolish answer, why would anyone 8K an accounts payable payment? The previous information regarding Samsung was either about contracting them or in Q’s and Ks... do you also expect an 8K that they paid their janitor?

ummmmm, there would be no filing if Nader paid Samsung with the proceeds of the stock sale, correct? So, tell everyone how you say that Samsung hasn't been paid.
