I hope your response gets better results than mine did. All I was able to get was their standard line about suspicious trading activity therefore the restriction. I contacted the NASD and my Virginia state office that oversees such matters. Best of luck.

Thanks for taking that action. I use Scottrade also and dont feel like threatening to leave them when they dont care anyway. Also too much trouble at this point to change brokers. If they continue with the restrictions i will open a new acct and transfer over when convenient. I just want to know "WHY" its restricted thats all.
