Yep, looks like the buddy system.........sell to your buddy then buy them back at your predetermined price to keep the pps down.....something is in the works and I'm holding out to the bitter end........

if the CEO ever runs a legit company with regular financing , he can attract real shareholders vs burning every bank that loaned him money and every shareholder that ever invested in his companies
