#145282 RE: Evaluate #145281

The HAI's are a seldom discussed issue but they should be such a big selling issue. Most of us hate to go to the hospital as a well person to visit anyone as there is a big risk of catching something serious while there. Even the ill have heard all the past experiences of those who came out worse than when they went in. Just understanding the $$$ saved from HAI settlements avoided likely more than pay for this system IMHO.

So the benefits from the Analyzer go well beyond the COVID and its 1) reason for all who get a system in their facility (maybe initially for COVID) will extend the normal 3 year lease when that times comes (and that spells high profit monthly revenue for years to come) and, 2) reason to do mass marketing while we have the competitive edge of the Analyzer as it will be very accepted, appreciated and become an ATM for the company for years to come.

The solutions that PCTL can address go way beyond the COVID challenges.

There are many opportunities for infections to pass in the hospital. It doesn’t have to be just by surgery. Infections from surgery can be caused by the patient’s own bacteria, the surgical staff, or the OR and hospital in general.

Without ever going near the surgery suite, there is still plenty of chance to pick up airborne viruses and bacterial infections. Physicals, blood draws, IV lines, etc all provide an opportunity to pass infections from the environment to the patient or person to person.

Oh but PCTL is only interested in non-Covid HAIs. Why waste time on Covid and instead concentrate on neither of them as appears to be the case now.
