Was in $NYXO several years ago. Spoke many times with Giorgio Johnson, the CEO, and he was anything but pleasant. High on himself, braggart of sorts, determined, yet ever-failing, apparently, and the company and pps showed it. ALL IMO.
Ed strikes me as the same...determined to succeed, but more for himself than to share credit for success, will land him more pics with the rich and famous, of which he will call his new in-crowd.
Just bad vibes....reminds me too much of Giorgio, and Marco what's his name from $DEWM....who is now headed to, or in prison for "stuff" related to the company. Same cloth in many ways....dogged determination....for the wrong reasons,,,,ALL IN MY OPINION.
And while I'm okay risking some of my own capital as an INVESTMENT, I don't want, in the end, to have it be no more than a gift to Ed, buying up shares that are being diluted, only to benefit him and VC guys from the beginnings.
