That's not the basis of the lawsuit.

The basis of the lawsuit is for a loan of $78,000 that was received by TMXN from Tilray and then they were left to hang out and dry afterwards so there assets could be obtained for pennies on the dollar and sold to Privateer.

Have heard 150 million lawsuit and also have heard 300 plus million.

I believe their case has grown stronger overtime.
