Why do you continue to maintain faith in "the company" but are beginning to lose patience?

As far as I'm concerned, this t-ball caliber ceo/cfo can't dot an i or cross a tee, never mind get a hit. He stumbles, fumbles, and trips on his way to the plate...at best.
